transformation, AI integration and corporate governance across the oil & gas, logistics, construction,

manufacturing, healthcare, education, automotive and service sectors throughout Malaysia and the

ASEAN region.

As the Managing Director of MTBM Group Sdn. Bhd., I lead regional projects involving ISO

certification, ESG reporting, operational excellence, business improvement and digitally enabled

audit frameworks. My work spans end-to-end compliance solutions—ranging from risk assessments,

process reengineering, HIRARC/EAI registers, internal audits, carbon footprinting (PCF/LCA/EPD),

supply chain sustainability (RSPO/MSPO/ISCC/RBA), to ESG reporting aligned with UN SDGs.

A HRDC Accredited Trainer, NEBOSH-qualified professional and experienced consultant, I

collaborate closely with certification bodies such as SIRIM QAS, BSI, SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas,

DQS to deliver training, auditing and consultancy that enhance operational reliability, regulatory

compliance and business resilience for clients across the region.
