About me
Mohamed ELAdawi is a Senior 5G/6G Solution Architect and telecom technical educator with more than 15 years of experience in mobile network engineering. He specializes in 5G RAN architecture, end-to-end performance engineering, large-scale network optimization, and AI/ML-driven telecom analytics.
His international experience spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the United States, and Australia. He has supported 5G launches, network transformation programs, and complex performance-improvement initiatives for major operators, including projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Indonesia, South Africa, North America, and Australia.
Mohamed’s work focuses on understanding real network behavior and translating operational data into measurable performance improvements. His expertise includes RAN counters, scheduler behavior, radio-resource utilization, signalling flows, mobility events, latency drivers, and multi-layer protocol interactions, with strong alignment to 3GPP standards and real network conditions.
His technical background covers DSS, EN-DC, NR Carrier Aggregation, FDD/TDD optimization, 5G NSA and SA architectures, throughput engineering, latency optimization, KPI frameworks, and end-to-end performance troubleshooting.
He is also actively involved in AI- and ML-assisted network optimization, including telemetry analytics, anomaly detection, traffic analysis, data-driven performance diagnostics, and intelligent automation concepts for future RAN networks.
In addition to technical delivery, Mohamed has led and coordinated more than 50 cross-functional engineering teams across multiple regions. Through his blog, training platforms, and technical courses, he explains complex telecom topics in a practical, structured, and easy-to-understand way.
Alongside his engineering work, Mohamed is an active online trainer and technical content creator. Through his YouTube channel, LinkedIn posts, blog, and online training platforms, he shares structured learning content on 4G and 5G signalling, RAN KPIs, performance analysis, optimization, latency, throughput, and data-driven telecom engineering. His content also covers practical analytics and engineering tools, including Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and QGIS. His YouTube channel has exceeded 25,000 watch hours, reflecting the strong engagement of learners across telecom, data analytics, and engineering topics.
His goal is to connect telecom standards, real network engineering, and data-driven analytics to help engineers build networks that are optimized, scalable, and future-ready.
