· Graduated with the MBBCh in 1977 from Alexandria College of Medicine.
· Specialized in Internal medicine by gaining post graduate Diploma at Tanta College of Medicine in 1992 and been promoted in 2012 to the degree of Consultant Physician by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate.
· Trained for acupuncture in 2003 at the Egyptian Society of Acupuncture.
· Has become the chief instructor of acupuncture by the society and has been chosen as the vice president of the society by 2009.
· Founded the Egyptian Society of Informational Energy Medicine in 2013.
