Mou Rakshit is a Data, AI, and Analytics leader at Accenture and Avanade, where she leads enterprise data platform modernization, architecture strategy, technical delivery, and client enablement across Databricks, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric.

With more than 28 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture, Mou works with organizations to design governed lakehouse and modern data platforms, improve real-time decision-making, and prepare teams to use AI and data products in production.

She is a Databricks Champion, principal data platform architect, conference speaker, and technical instructor. Mou has delivered thousands of hours of training and enablement across Databricks data engineering, Spark, Delta Lake, streaming, Databricks SQL, Unity Catalog, Lakebase, machine learning, generative AI, Azure data services, and Microsoft Fabric.

Mou regularly delivers live technical training for engineers, architects, analysts, and business leaders across North America. Her sessions range from focused workshops to large public and private training programs with hundreds of participants. She is known for connecting platform capabilities with practical architecture decisions, governance requirements, and production delivery needs.

She has spoken at the Databricks Data + AI Summit, Microsoft Fabric community events, Day of Data conferences, SQL Saturday events, AI and analytics conferences, Women in Data programs, and other industry forums.
