I'm an HR leader and soft skills trainer with over a decade of experience helping people navigate the messiest parts of work: difficult conversations, performance conversations, the leap from individual contributor to manager, and the everyday communication gaps that quietly stall careers and teams.

By day, I lead HR strategy for a fast-growing SaaS company — covering talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and people analytics. That vantage point means I don't teach soft skills as abstract theory. I teach what I actually use to hire, coach, and manage people inside a real, high-growth organization.

Alongside my corporate role, I've built an independent training practice focused on the skills that get people promoted and teams that actually function: giving and receiving feedback using the SBI framework, having hard conversations with the COIN model, building psychological safety in teams, and making the mindset shift from "doer" to "manager." I've designed and delivered a complete Manager Development Program covering these exact topics, along with courses on performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and succession planning.

I also create content on communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence for working professionals through my YouTube channel, The Learning Curve, and I co-host The Bookmarked Podcast, where I explore ideas from books that shape how we think about work and life.
