Annette has led impactful digital transformations over the past five years. At SMBP, she replaced paper-based processes with streamlined technology and developed an app that enabled the program to continue and grow during the pandemic, making it more accessible to students nationwide.

With over 25 years in legal IT, Annette played a key role in shaping Milbank’s tech infrastructure. She led major initiatives including the migration to Office 365, improving firm-wide collaboration, and oversaw the tech integration for Milbank’s move to 100 Liverpool Street. Her leadership also ensured a smooth onboarding of a major UK law firm, maintaining service excellence.
