Muhammad Qamrul Hasan is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with an Outstanding Above Target score and over 15 years of hands-on industry experience spanning multinational corporations, banks, and educational institutions.

He holds elite certifications including ITIL® V4 Managing Professional (MP), ITIL® V3 Expert, Agile Scrum Master (CSM®), PRINCE2® and COBIT® 5.

Qamrul is a also certified ISO 27001 lead auditor and implementer. He holds more than eight ITIL certifications, which cover Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operations, and Lifecycle Management, showcasing his expertise in IT Service Management. Throughout his career, Qamrul has successfully led large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring that quality, security, and compliance are maintained for international clients.

He has previously held key roles at Grameenphone Ltd., City Bank Ltd., Accenture, and is now driving digital initiatives at one of Bangladesh's leading banks.
