My experience includes residential towers, villa communities, and major construction developments. I currently work as a Quality Manager
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tanta University and am currently an MSc student in Construction Project Management at the University of East London. My postgraduate studies complement my practical experience with advanced knowledge of project management, sustainability, procurement, and construction planning.
My professional qualifications and memberships include:
• Project Management Professional (PMP®).
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
• Chartered Quality Professional and Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
• Dubai Municipality Unlimited Building License Engineer.
• Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP).
• Six Sigma White Belt.
My practical expertise covers project quality planning, quality assurance and control, inspections and testing, subcontractor coordination, nonconformity management, corrective actions, quality documentation, and project handover.
Through my courses, I connect quality management principles with the challenges engineers face on construction sites. Drawing on my UAE project experience, I use practical examples and scenario-based questions to help learners understand technical requirements, strengthen their professional judgment, and prepare for greater responsibility in construction quality management.
My goal is to make construction quality concepts clear, practical, and relevant to everyday work, while supporting structured learning and professional examination preparation.
