Naoshi Uchida is a Japanese entrepreneur based in Hawaii. He built his career at Rakuten, one of Japan's largest tech companies, before moving to Hawaii, where he has been building businesses for fifteen years and runs his own U.S. company. In Japan, he has spent years teaching entrepreneurial philosophy to business owners: a blend of Zen thinking, kaizen habits, and the "100 Dreams" method he has practiced himself for more than two decades. Zen Business: 100 Days, 100 Dreams is his first work in English.
