I've spent over 11 years working in compensation and total rewards across multinational organizations, consulting engagements, and global HR functions — covering more than 20 countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

My work has spanned the full spectrum of the compensation function: job architecture and leveling, salary structure design, short- and long-term incentives, executive pay, benefits benchmarking, and leading total rewards transformations. I've partnered with HR leadership, finance, and business leaders to build pay programs that are both commercially sound and equitable.

I created this course series because most compensation content out there is either too theoretical or too narrowly focused on one geography or company size. What I teach is grounded in real work — the decisions, trade-offs, and frameworks that actually matter when you're sitting in the comp chair.
