黄进福博士(Dr Ng Chin Hock) 自2002年起担任新加坡Ashford College of Management & Technology的创始人兼校长。他拥有澳大利亚南十字星大学工商管理博士学位（DBA）、英国诺丁汉大学电子工程硕士学位（MSc）以及英国赫尔大学工商管理硕士学位（MBA）。黄博士热爱终身学习，不断更新知识。

黄博士拥有超过三十年的专业工作经验，曾在荷兰新天卫星公司（New Skies Satellites N.V.）、新加坡科技卫星地面站、新加坡武装部队广播电台（SAFRA Broadcasting Station）、惠普新加坡公司（HP Singapore）以及新加坡国立大学等多个行业任职。

自1988年以来，黄博士一直致力于研究方法、论文写作模块和企业培训研讨会的开展。在新加坡科技集团任职期间，他还曾担任新加坡科技集团旗下多个战略业务部门的经济增加值（EVA）项目内部培训师。

黄博士是英国工程技术学会的注册工程师 (CEng) 和企业会员 (MIET)，也是英国企业家协会的研究生会员 (GSBP, Prof Q)。

Dr Ng Chin Hock is the Founder, Director and Principal of Ashford College of Management & Technology since 2002. He graduated with Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Southern Cross University, Australia, Master’s degrees in Electronic Engineering (MSc) from the University of Nottingham, UK, and in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hull, UK. Dr Ng is a lifelong learner and has constantly kept abreast of new knowledge.

Dr Ng has more than thirty years of professional working experience in various industries, including Dutch-based New Skies Satellites N.V., Singapore Technologies Satellite earth station, SAFRA Broadcasting Station, Hewlett-Packard (HP) Singapore and National University of Singapore.

Since 1988, Dr Ng has been conducting various research methodologies, thesis writing modules and corporate training workshops.  During his tenure with the Singapore Technologies Group, he was also an Economic-Value-Added (EVA) programme in-house trainer for various Singapore Technologies’ strategic business units.

Dr Ng is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Corporate Member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET), UK and a Graduateship Member of The Society of Business Practitioners (GSBP, Snr Prof. Q), UK.
