Coaching is at the heart of what I do. I coach leaders and L&D professionals using the ICF Core Competencies every day, so I know these standards not just as theory, but as living practice. Alongside my PCC, I hold the CPTD (ATD), SHRM-CP, CALC, and Team Psychological Safety certifications — and I've sat for rigorous professional exams myself, so I understand exactly how the ICF Credentialing Exam can feel.
