We are Nikki and Claire and we founded The Grow Institute to invite learners into the rich and diverse world of plants, horticulture and garden design.

We have over 60 years of combined, experience and knowledge, working in the field of Horticulture and Garden Design and have worked in industry, private practice and Higher Education.  We are passionate about plants, horticulture and sharing our knowledge.
