I’m Nik, a former Programme Manager at Jaguar Land Rover with over 30 years of experience delivering complex automotive programmes from concept to launch. My career began with the 1991 Jaguar XJS, and since then I’ve worked across EV, hybrid, and conventional vehicle programmes, leading cross‑functional teams through development, validation, and launch readiness.

I now focus on teaching Automotive Programme Delivery — helping engineers, analysts, and project managers understand how real OEM programmes are structured, planned, and communicated.
