I am Professor Nikola Lukić, with over 20 years of experience in Sports Science, physical education, and the prevention of postural deformities and age-related musculoskeletal issues. Throughout my career, I have worked with both children and adults to improve movement, health, and longevity using evidence-based methods.
My passion is helping learners understand how science-backed exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies can optimize healthspan and extend functional lifespan. I have designed courses that translate complex research into practical, actionable guidance for everyday life.
In this course, "Longevity Enciclopedia," I guide students through the science of aging, demonstrating how lifestyle choices—from exercise and nutrition to sleep and stress management—directly impact health, hormones, and overall longevity. My goal is to empower students to make informed decisions and adopt habits that enhance quality of life at every age.
I personally follow these strategies and have helped hundreds of clients implement them successfully.
