米国務省や大手企業、NPOなどを対象に通訳サービスを提供するかたわら、大学で日英通訳コースを指導してきました。その中で、なぜ多くの日本語ネイティブが英語のスピーキングやリスニングを苦手とするのかと疑問に感じたことをきっかけに本コースの作成に至りました。少しでも多くの方のお役に立てれば幸いです。

I have worked as a professional Japanese-English interpreter over the last 20 years in the United states, providing my services to the U.S. Department of State, large businesses, NPO, etc. Meanwhile, I have also taught interpretation courses at a university in the U.S.  Meeting and helping many Japanese native speakers who have difficulty in English speaking and listening prompted me to create this course. I hope this course will alleviate such difficulty that you may be experiencing.
