He is an Associate Professor in a public university in Malaysia, with more than a decade of experience in agriculture and recognition as a Professional Technologist by the Malaysia Board of Technologist. His interests and expertise are focused on mushroom production technology, with active involvement in research, publications, and community programmes. Throughout his career, he has conducted numerous programmes and activities, particularly with local communities, aimed at developing skills and promoting innovation in mushroom production. His innovations in this field have also received recognition, including a gold medal in an innovation competition.
