Norbert Rogers is a cybersecurity executive, consultant, and educator with over 15 years of international experience helping organisations strengthen their cybersecurity, manage risk, and achieve compliance with global security standards.

He has held senior cybersecurity roles within the UK National Health Service (NHS), serves as Director of Cybersecurity at Nets and Watts Technologies Limited, and is the Founder of Obsidian Cyber Technologies. His expertise includes ISO/IEC 27001, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), incident response, Microsoft security technologies, cloud security, penetration testing, and cybersecurity awareness.

Norbert holds a Master's degree (Distinction) in Cyber Security & Human Factors from Bournemouth University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Systems. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and has earned several Microsoft, Cisco, and Fortinet certifications.
