Nurgül Aslan is the founder and CEO of IADM, the International Academy for Digitalization and Management, and a lecturer in Strategic HRM and AI at ISM International School of Management in Cologne and Frankfurt. She has more than twelve years of experience in management education and applied AI across Europe and the UAE, and she is currently a DBA candidate researching compliance readiness for the EU AI Act in human resource management.

Her work focuses on helping leaders turn AI uncertainty into accountable decisions. Through IADM she designs executive education on AI governance, the EU AI Act, and responsible AI, including the Certified AI Officer programme. Her teaching style is practical and evidence based, built to give professionals capability they can apply on Monday morning, not just vocabulary.
