I am a very practical and pragmatic person. I direct, write, compose music, and deeply research psychology and philosophy — all to shape myself and the world we live in into a better place through my work.

One of my favorite things to do is take really complex material, distill it, and synthesize it into new, tangible knowledge. Then, I like to put those findings into interesting forms of art — be it film, books, or courses — that pass my discoveries on to others as part of a mutual journey. I try to turn the process into a meaningful experience for both of us.
