Padmanabhan Nair (Paddy) is a banking operations and technology professional with around five decades of experience across payments, core banking, treasury, trade finance, lending, securities and banking transformation.
He served as Chief Trainer for Core Banking Technology at Syndicate Bank, where he trained more than 6,000 bank officers, and later worked as a banking-products trainer within Oracle’s Centre of Excellence. His international experience includes training, consulting, testing, implementation and product walkthroughs across more than 20 countries, with assignments involving major financial institutions including Barclays and Wells Fargo.
His work has combined banking operations with technology, business analysis, product and programme management, change management, process improvement, governance and risk. He has also delivered remote training in Payments and Treasury.
