About me
I understand the pressures of the modern world, academic expectations, career uncertainty, and constant digital distraction. This course grew out of my own need to understand the mind more clearly and find balance in everyday life.
I am interested in how the mind works in ordinary situations. My work focuses on understanding thoughts, habits, attention, and automatic reactions through observation rather than pressure or self-improvement techniques.
I approach psychology in a practical and grounded way, drawing on simple neuroscience, everyday experiences, and reflective inquiry. My teaching style is calm, clear, and non-judgmental, helping learners slow down and notice patterns without trying to fix or force change.
Instead of offering motivation or quick solutions, I emphasize understanding how the mind moves from thought to emotion to action. My courses are designed for people who want to see more clearly and respond more wisely in daily life.
This course is created purely for self-understanding and education. It is not therapy or medical guidance.
