I am Paul Dames, an experienced Digital Transformation specialist and Agile leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex technology solutions and driving high-impact digital initiatives. Over more than a decade, I have successfully applied Agile Scrum frameworks to lead cross-functional international teams, manage stakeholders, and execute multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget.

Throughout my career, I have served in critical leadership roles—including Scrum Master and Head of Digital—where I established agile environments from scratch. I have managed offshore development teams using Agile methodologies to scale complex software products, built out 50+ complex solutions for major enterprise clients, and successfully spearheaded massive retail and digital transformations.
