With over 20 years experience as a senior executive in branding, retail, and franchise development across global emerging markets in Asia, The Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe. She has joined in various projects in developing the dynamic economy and the entrepreneurship network for various governments.

She is the advisor of Project 844 under the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam on startup & innovation, the board member of ASEAN Business Angel Alliance, chairwoman of Vietnam Angel Network and Vietnam Franchising & Licensing Network, and is an angel investor with a portfolio of 23 companies.

Phi Van is the winner 2015 of Retail Leadership presented by Asia Retail Congress, the winner 2017 & 2018 of 100 Top Great Retail Minds by World Retail Congress, award of ASEAN Outstanding Business Award 2019, and has been in Top 100 powerful women of the global franchise industry 2019 & 2020.
