I'm James Gasarah, a UK-based trainer, consultant, and social entrepreneur. I help organisations use AI more safely and build more inclusive workplaces.

I'm the founder of two ventures: AI Safety Academy, which provides practical, non-technical AI training for staff and managers, and EqualEdge Solutions, which works with employers on disability awareness and workplace inclusion. Both share the same philosophy, that the best workplace training is practical, jargon-free, and genuinely useful from day one.

My background is in management consultancy and change management, with an MSc from a UK business school and Oxford-certified Change Management qualifications.

I've worked with organisations across the charity, public sector, retail, and small business spaces and the same theme keeps coming up. Whether the topic is AI, inclusion, or something else, the people on the front line don't need theory. They need clear guidance they can apply on Monday morning.
