She holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and has worked across diverse industries including Telecom, Agriculture, Vacation Ownership, Shipping, and SaaS—bringing a practical, business-aligned perspective to HR challenges.
Her core expertise lies in HR Strategy, Organizational Development (OD), and Learning & Development (L&D), where she has led initiatives focused on building scalable people practices and driving organizational transformation. She is currently involved in transforming a traditional shipping organization into a Shipping-based SaaS business, aligning people strategy with evolving business models.
