With more than 15 years of leadership experience across Australia’s banking and financial services sector, I’ve built my career around developing people, improving performance, and lifting capability at scale. I’ve led national coaching teams across onboarding, home lending, credit, and customer experience — giving me deep insight into how adults learn, how teams operate, and what organisations need to thrive.
Alongside my corporate leadership experience, I hold an MBA, a Bachelor of Children’s Services, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This blend of business acumen, adult learning theory, and practical facilitation skill gives me a unique advantage: I understand both how organisations work and how people learn.
I’ve designed and delivered professional development for frontline staff, emerging leaders, and specialist teams, often across complex, multi‑site environments. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand that traditional training is too slow, too heavy, and too disconnected from real‑world needs — which is why I specialise in microlearning.
Microlearning allows me to combine my strengths: simplifying complex concepts, designing engaging learning experiences, and creating practical tools people can apply immediately. My experience in coaching, performance uplift, and capability development means I know exactly what skills businesses need and how to deliver them in short, targeted, high‑impact formats.
Today, I use this expertise to build modern, accessible microlearning that helps individuals and small businesses grow — learning that is fast, relevant, and designed for the way people actually work.
