Over the past several years, she has focused on climate and sustainability learning, helping professionals understand how the low-carbon transition is reshaping industries and creating new career opportunities.

Rachna has completed executive education in sustainability with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and regularly speaks at international forums, including recently at the 2025 Global Sustainable Development Congress.
