As a way of introduction my name is Rasha Abdin. I am a Research Assistant in the AI and Entrepreneurship Association in Jordan. An active member in the Project Management Institute UAE local Chapter. I have an MBA degree concentration in Human Resource Management form the American University of Sharjah.

Conducted the following projects:

· Described, analyzed and provided recommendation for the Training and Development practice for one of the leading banks in the UAE

· Analyzed the Talent Management Program for a multinational Hi-tech companies

· Studied and analyzed the Performance Management practice for a multinational oil and gas company in the UAE

· Conducted a strategic analysis for Apple company including external audit, internal audit, strategy formulation, strategy implementation

Have project management experience in KPMG.

Worked as a research assistant in UAE university.
