Most courses teach you what a framework is. I teach you when to use it — and when not to.
I'm Ravi Akella, founder of Framework First Academy, the education arm of InsightsForgeLabs. Over 18+ years I've applied structured frameworks across SEO, digital marketing leadership, and project management — in education, healthcare, e-commerce, B2B services, celebrity & entertainment, and supply chain & logistics, with teams spread across multiple geographies.
My teaching philosophy comes from a mistake. Mid-career, a project landed on my desk that didn't fit the framework I'd been trained on. I applied it anyway — confidently, thoroughly, and completely wrong. The framework was technically valid; it just wasn't right for that situation. I kept seeing the same pattern everywhere: smart practitioners reaching for the familiar framework instead of the fitting one, because nobody had ever taught them the selection decision.
So I started keeping notes — which framework fits which problem type, where each one breaks, and what to use instead. Those notes became a one-page decision map I handed to every new team member. Framework First Academy is that map, formalised.
That's exactly how this course is built. Every framework starts with the trigger situation that demands it — a real problem, with real constraints and no answer key. You'll apply each one before the lesson ends, and by the final section you'll know how to choose between them: the single skill that separates PMs who know frameworks from PMs who use them.
My certifications are real — PMP (Project Management Professional), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), Google Analytics, Supply Chain Data Analytics, and Neuroscience & NLP practitioner training — but what made me better at the work wasn't any certificate. It was learning the conditions under which each framework applies, and the ones under which it doesn't.
Learn the framework. Learn when to use it. Learn when not to. That's what you'll get here.
