Ravindra Deshpande is an IT and Physical Security professional with over 40 years of experience in information technology, system integration, and surveillance solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked on the design, implementation, and integration of large-scale CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), access control, and Smart City projects for government and enterprise customers.
He has served as a Master Systems Integrator, working with leading security technologies and industry platforms from manufacturers such as Axis Communications, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Pelco, Milestone Systems, Genetec, and AMAG Technology. His experience includes integrating thousands of IP cameras, networking infrastructure, storage systems, and command-and-control solutions for complex surveillance environments.
In addition to his industry work, Ravindra is passionate about sharing engineering knowledge through structured, practical training. His courses focus not only on how surveillance systems work, but also on why they work, helping students understand the engineering principles behind camera optics, image processing, video compression, networking, and system design.
His goal is to bridge the gap between theory and real-world implementation, enabling students, engineers, and system integrators to confidently design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot modern CCTV and digital video systems.
