Renée R. Bridgewater, is committed to helping individuals learn to overcome the heaviness of grief to live a life of authentic love, joy and peace, even in the midst of grief. She, like many others, experienced the death of loved ones and has seen the effect it has had on family and friends. Renée knows all to well, and has experienced, the multitude of emotions that can accompany grief. Knowing she could no longer have what most so often refer to as a “normal life” she desperately needed to acknowledge and accept her new normals in order to move forward and continue to live an abundant life and not just exist.
Renée asked many questions and believed for a life larger than her emotional feelings. Focusing on the concepts she unknowingly learned and now overstands, Renée made a decision to change her focus to obtain an abundant life of authentic love, joy and peace.
Passionate about helping others believe they also can live an abundant life of authentic love, joy and peace and become a better version of themselves, Renée authored, "Living Through Death" and "Above Offense".
She believes that through overstanding and with the proper tools we can better handle; the loss of - loved ones or something that was cherished and offenses WHEN they come. She knows that grief and an offense at any level can be robbers of our love, joy and peace, and too often even life.
As a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Renée cherishes the time she is able to spend with family and friends. Rather than count the times spent she believes in making the time count.
