I have spent thirty years in international trade, and I train the people who have to make it work in practice - export and import teams, customs staff, and the sales people who agree terms without always knowing what those terms commit them to.

I am an ICC-qualified Incoterms trainer and have delivered training to more than 4,500 people across seven countries, including for the ICC Academy in Qatar and Saudi Arabia and at the WTO Council in Geneva. I am a member of the Institute of Export (MCIEx) and the founder of Export Unlocked.

My courses are deliberately practical. No jargon for its own sake and no theory you will never use - just what you are actually responsible for, and what it costs when it goes wrong.
