Risk Alive is a specialized process safety firm. We provide process safety training, expert PHA facilitation services, and software solutions including the Risk Alive Platform and the AI Risk Intelligence Companion.

Our online on-demand courses are a recent addition, but our expertise is not. For more than 30 years we have worked in process safety as both practitioners and instructors. In that time we have trained over 5,000 professionals worldwide and facilitated more than 4,000 PHAs across a wide range of industries. Our courses are led by practicing engineers.

That practical background shapes how we teach. The training goes beyond theory. We connect industry data, global project experience, and real-world application so that participants can apply what they learn directly in their own roles. The company brings together the training, PHA facilitation, and software businesses formerly operating as ACM Facility Safety and others under the RSD Group, building on a track record in hazard analysis and risk assessment in Canada since 1994.
