Robert Dee has over two decades of experience in the film and media industries, beginning his career as the in-house editor at the multi-award-winning post-production company Smoke and Mirrors, and later helping to set up Vice’s London Production Suites. He now focuses on creating his own films, his feature, Genesis coming to cinemas worldwide in 2027 and his short films winning awards internationally.

Robert holds both a Degree and a Master’s in filmmaking. He ran the Undergraduate Programme in Filmmaking at Raindance Film School in London, mentoring students who have gone on to direct multi-million dollar campaigns, star in feature films, win prestigious festival awards, and study at top U.S. film schools. He has also delivered workshops and lectures on filmmaking and horror through the Raindance Festival, The Miskatonic Institute of Horror Studies, and the British Film Institute.
