Roland is a top performer at Home Equity Bank and has achieved President’s Club status for exceeding targets 20 years in a row. Roland created the Luxury Home Mortgage Advisor Certification course to share his knowledge on how to build a highly profitable and successful mortgage business by attracting & working with affluent clients. In his spare time Roland enjoys coaching hockey and playing sports with his two boys, aged ten and twelve.
