Working knowledge of various simulation tools like UniSim, Hysys.Plant, AspenPlus, Thermal Rating Software HTRI, Smart Plant P & ID, Pipenet, AUTOCAD 2012
Involved in engineering design services to the clients in the chemical, petrochemical, fertilizers, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and other process industries in the areas of process design and basic engineering.
Job Profile: Ø Participate in a pre-bid meeting for understanding client’s requirements
Ø Estimation of quantum of work and Man hours for the proposed Job,
Ø Prepare Technical Offer
Ø Participate as a part of a process design team on projects
Ø Exhibit good understanding of applicable industry codes and standard practices
Ø Assist with planning and sequencing of process deliverables
Ø Execute process tasks within Budget and Schedule
Ø Participate in meetings with client and project team to establish objectives and coordinate and resolve design issues
Ø Complete process engineering studies, reports and calculations
Ø Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs
Ø Generate process equipment data sheets and specifications
