I’m a learning enthusiast and human-centered growth advocate with over 15 years of experience designing and leading learning in complex, real-world environments.
My work has focused on helping people navigate change, not just understand it. I’ve spent much of my career building learning programs inside organizations going through significant transition, including leading onboarding and learning integration for nine mergers and acquisitions, supporting more than employees globally while maintaining culture, clarity, and role readiness.
Across my roles in learning and development, process improvement, and operations, I’ve worked with teams ranging from frontline staff to senior leaders. I’ve designed scalable onboarding programs, built internal universities, created eLearning courses, and developed tools that help people operate effectively when systems, expectations, and roles are still evolving. I’m particularly interested in how people adapt when structure changes faster than clarity.
What shapes my approach most is not just what I’ve built, but what I’ve observed. Highly capable people often struggle not because they lack skill, but because they are navigating environments that reward different behaviors than the ones that made them successful before. My work focuses on helping learners recognize those shifts, translate their strengths, and build sustainable ways of operating without burning out or losing themselves in the process.
I bring a practical, respectful approach to learning. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in giving them better maps, clearer language, and space to build judgment over time. My courses are designed to be thoughtful, applicable, and grounded in how work and systems actually function, not how we wish they did.
