Ruchi Chopra, RYT 200, is the Founder of Yoga Playdate and a Mentor for Youth for Yoga. A certified instructor for kids, teens, and families, she’s also a youth wellness educator and mom of three. Her approach blends warmth, humor, and heart to nurture lifelong habits of mindfulness and joy.

Rushil & Kashni are teen Certified Kids & Family Yoga instructors with Youth for Yoga, a nonprofit they co-founded to make mindfulness and yoga accessible to youth everywhere. They started teaching yoga as kids and now empower others to find focus, calm, and joy.
