Rufino Pulido is an industrial engineer and a seasoned expert in Quality Management Systems with more than 30 years of experience.

He is currently the Railways Systems Turnkey Portfolio Quality Director at one of the biggest Transit Systems companies in the world, where he oversees quality for over 35 turnkey construction projects, including more than 15 Giga projects.

Pulido is a highly certified professional, holding credentials as Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) since 2019, Chartered Quality Professional Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQP MCQI) since 2020, and IRCA Lead Auditor, among other recognitions.

His extensive on-site experience in major construction projects include serving as the Consortium Quality Manager for the Madinah-Makkah High Speed Railway project and as the Transit Systems (TSY) Quality Manager for Riyadh Metro lines 4, 5, and 6 project.
