Sally Osaetin E. is a certified French–English translator and interpreter, an experienced language educator, and the Founder and Lead Instructor of Primmer Language Institute.

Since 2013, she has helped learners prepare for internationally recognised language examinations, including TEF Canada, TCF, DELF, DALF, and IELTS. Her structured, practical, and results-focused teaching methods have supported students pursuing immigration, academic, professional, and personal language goals.

Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Studies, advanced certifications in Translation from World Language Services in Dublin, Ireland, and a DALF C1 qualification from the Institut Français. She is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Translation and Interpretation.

Before establishing herself fully in language education, Sally worked for approximately twelve years in diplomatic and international organisational environments as a bilingual corporate assistant. Her professional experience includes engagements with ECOWAS, the African Union, the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, formerly UNISDR, and the Embassy of Indonesia. During this period, she also worked part-time as a French tutor, translator, and interpreter.

Her academic background, professional experience, and understanding of second-language acquisition enable her to simplify complex French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and examination techniques. Her lessons are practical, learner-centred, and designed to help students communicate confidently in real-life situations.

Sally has taught learners across Africa, Europe, and North America, helping them improve their French speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. She places particular emphasis on examination strategies, cultural awareness, accuracy, fluency, and effective communication.

In addition to language education, Sally is a content creator, digital marketer, and UI/UX designer. She has contributed to the development of digital language-learning platforms, including Primmer Languages and BTIA Institute, creating accessible and engaging learning experiences for students.

Her mission is to help learners speak French confidently, express themselves naturally, and master the practical strategies required to succeed in TEF Canada and other international language examinations.
