My name is Samuel Dimas Suryono, and I have great passion on developing people and organization.

I am a licensed Indonesian Psychologist, Consultant, Educator, Public Speaker, and Writer.

I love thinking, alias #SukaMikir.

I know few specifics about these skills: Public Speaking, Writing, Leadership, and Change Management.

Besides general experience I mentioned above, I am currently fascinated into more specific subjects such as: Organizational Health, Psycholinguistic, HRM/D, Talent Matching and/or Pipelining, Leadership-Followership Interaction, and Motivational Interviewing.

I have been interested in human studies (sociology, anthropology, and psychology) since 2012--3rd grade of Senior High. I choose Psychology because I think it is challenging to embark on journey of understanding the infiniteness of human mind itself.

I learn a lot during my Bachelor of Psychology studies at 2013-2017. During these years, there's a lot of achievement that I can say--not academically, but non-academically--by first being Editor in Chief in my 3rd semester (whilst most of the leader in organization is 5th semester), also being an assistant lecturer which spark my interest in educational systems and methods, and few projects as leader. All of those experience made me interested in the vast field of leadership, human resources management, and mystery of talent matching.

During my Master of Professional Psychology studies at 2020-2023, my assessment and intervention skills were honed. My critical and creative thinking skills towards understanding human dynamics are upgraded. My main interest now falls on the Industrial and Organizational Psychology, especially about Organizational Health.
