About me
Sande Nosonowitz is a Master-Certified Lifestyle Coach, educator, writer, and speaker whose work centers on emotional awareness, relational healing, and personal transformation. Drawing on attachment theory and emotional regulation, she helps individuals build healthier relationships through insight, reflection, and practical tools.
A former USA Today columnist for "Living & Being" and author of two lifestyle books on mindful living and personal growth, Sande has developed and delivered educational programs for institutions including Vassar College Lifelong Learning Institute, IBM, The Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, Dutchess Community College, The Omega Institute, and The Fountains at Millbrook.
Her work is informed by deep study and personal exploration of attachment patterns and emotional safety. For many years, she has studied emotional wellness, and relationship dynamics—not only professionally as a coach and educator, but also through her own personal journey of growth and healing.
Sande is also a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor and designer of a yoga-inspired jewelry line that she lovingly calls "Hip & Holy Bling."
Her mission is to guide people from disconnection to awareness, reactivity to choice, and survival patterns to conscious, compassionate relationships. Her hope is that this course becomes a trusted companion as you discover new ways of understanding yourself and creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
