“Pharmacology Postgraduate | Educator in Health, Nutrition & Research Concepts”
“I have completed my M.Pharm in Pharmacology and have both academic and practical exposure to laboratory research, experimental techniques, and physiological concepts related to human health.
During my training and studies, I have worked with animal handling, experimental procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines followed in research laboratories. This background has helped me develop a strong understanding of how biological systems function and how different factors—including nutrition—affect overall health and brain function.
Along with pharmacology, I have a deep interest in the connection between food, lifestyle, and mental wellbeing. I focus on explaining how daily habits, nutrients, and diet patterns influence energy levels, mood, and brain chemistry in a simple and practical way.
I enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge, especially with students and beginners who are new to these concepts. I believe that even complex topics can be understood easily when explained with clarity and real-life examples, and that is the approach I follow in all my courses.
My focus is on building strong fundamentals, explaining concepts in a structured way, and helping learners gain confidence before applying this knowledge in academic, clinical, or everyday life settings.
I strongly believe that awareness, proper education, and small lifestyle changes can create a significant impact on both physical and mental health.
Through my courses, I aim to support students, freshers, and early learners in developing practical understanding and confidence for their academic and professional growth in life sciences, pharmacology, and health-related fields.”
