As a seasoned leader in the IT industry, I bring over 3+ decades of extensive experience, blending deep expertise in IT services delivery and leadership training. My professional journey spans 27 years of senior roles in IT services delivery for global clients and 9 years of conceiving, designing, and delivering training programs for senior delivery leadership roles.

My IT service delivery expertise
With over 35 years of IT services delivery experience, I have successfully led large-scale and complex customer engagements, including several total outsourcing contracts. My expertise spans customer-centric delivery, business transformation, budget optimization, operational excellence, and timely project execution.

I managed the delivery for a portfolio of 9 strategic customer accounts in the Water Utility Sub-Vertical, with annual revenues exceeding US$110 million and a global delivery team of over 1,100 professionals. Together, we consistently achieved approximately 21% year-on-year revenue growth across the portfolio while driving business domain capability development, innovation and value-add, automation, left-shift strategies, and innovative pricing models to enhance customer value and delivery excellence.

I have always been passionate about helping organizations improve business outcomes through innovative delivery practices, continuous improvement, and strong customer partnerships.

My career has provided me with rich, diverse, and hands-on experience across a wide range of industries, enabling a comprehensive understanding of enterprise business applications and their functional requirements. The industries I have worked with include:

My expertise in the training domain
For nearly a decade, I spearheaded management training initiatives as the Head of Training for Management Academies in a leading MNC. I developed and delivered over 60 scenario-based and case study-driven courses, equipping participants with the skills to tackle real-world challenges.

I have conducted over 450 training sessions, engaging more than 16,000 participants in senior delivery roles such as Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Transition Managers, Transition Directors, Quality Managers, Pre-sales consultants, PMO Leads, and other senior technical roles.

Even during the challenges posed by the pandemic, I successfully delivered interactive, engaging, and impactful online sessions for participant groups as large as 400 and beyond.

My storytelling delivery style, combined with a practical, on-the-ground experience-sharing approach, has consistently earned me faculty ratings of 93% or higher, along with overwhelmingly positive participant feedback
