I hold a B Com degree from the University of Delhi and an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM). Throughout my professional career, I have worked extensively in the areas of labour law compliance, payroll administration, and regulatory requirements applicable to organisations in India.

My experience includes practical implementation and compliance with various labour laws such as the Code on Wages, 2019, Minimum Wages regulations, and other employment-related statutory frameworks. I have also been involved in advising organisations on compliance practices, documentation, and payroll structuring to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
