Hi, I'm Sean Graham, and I'd like to personally welcome you to the course.

I've been teaching English as a Foreign Language for over 10 years, and during that time I've had the privilege of teaching students from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups. Most of my experience has been working with young learners, particularly children between the ages of 8 and 12, in Bangkok, Thailand. Teaching children taught me the importance of making lessons engaging, encouraging, and easy to understand—skills that have shaped the way I teach today.

Alongside teaching young learners, I've also delivered corporate English training to professionals who needed English for business, meetings, presentations, and everyday workplace communication. Working with both children and adults has given me a broad understanding of how different people learn and how to adapt lessons to suit their individual needs.

Over the years, I've seen many new teachers complete TEFL courses only to discover they still didn't feel confident standing in front of a class or teaching online. That's one of the main reasons I created this course.

My goal is to give you practical knowledge that you can actually use. Rather than filling your head with unnecessary theory, I'll show you the teaching methods, lesson structures, and classroom techniques that have worked for me in real lessons with real students.

I'm also passionate about helping people see that teaching English can be much more than just a job. It can be a flexible career, a way to travel, an opportunity to work online, or even the foundation of your own education business.

One thing you'll notice throughout this course is that the lessons are presented using an AI version of my own voice and appearance. I chose this approach so the lessons flow naturally without the interruptions, retakes, or stumbled words that often happen during traditional video recording. Every lesson, script, explanation, and example has been written and reviewed by me. AI is simply the presentation tool that allows me to deliver the content as clearly and consistently as possible.
