Serge has spent more than 25 years successfully leading transformation projects — from startups to Global Fortune 500 companies and public institutions.
He founded two companies, including Changeable, whose mission is to facilitate its clients’ transformations.

Today, Serge divides his time between supporting executives and leadership teams in preparing and carrying out transformations, and exploring — his passion — most recently in Sulawesi and China.

Since 2021, Serge has also been training young leaders in the Master MODEV program, supported by the AFD, the University of Clermont Auvergne, and FERDI. He has also developed a French language training program for current and future leaders.

Serge is a certified executive coach, organizational coach, and facilitator in collective intelligence. He regularly works with groups such as Crédit Agricole, VALEO, COLAS, EGIS, SNCF, AXA, and Orange — making him a valuable ally in driving change… together.
