Hi, I’m Sharath Kumar, a financial services professional with 7+ years of experience in AML, KYC, client onboarding, and investment banking operations. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with leading organizations including HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, and Deloitte, gaining extensive experience in financial crime compliance, risk management, and banking processes.

Alongside my professional career, I have always had a strong passion for design, creativity, and craftsmanship. For the past 5 years, I have been exploring leathercraft and product design as a hobby, developing my skills through hands-on practice, experimentation, and continuous learning.

What started as a hobby gradually became a serious creative pursuit. I enjoy designing and creating unique, functional, and visually appealing leather products, paying close attention to details, usability, finishing, and overall design.

Through my courses, I want to share the practical knowledge and techniques I have developed through my leathercraft journey. My goal is to make leathercraft simple and approachable for beginners while helping learners understand not just how to make a product, but also how to think about product design, functionality, and craftsmanship.

I believe creativity can be developed at any stage of life. My professional journey has taught me discipline, attention to detail, and consistency, while leathercraft has given me a space to express my creativity.
