Dr. Fleenor earned his PhD in history in 2015 and MA in historical studies in 2010. He earned an MS in education media design and technology in 2009. His research and teaching are both influenced by the Frankfurt School, particularly mass media's ability to shape social systems and human minds. Fleenor has taught and tutored history, humanities, and advertising classes at the university and high school level.
